Held every Friday in the Rehearsal Hall at the Shane Center in Livingston. 415 E Lewis  10-11 am All levels welcome This is a sweet, nourishing, gentle flow class that I weave embodiment and somatic themes through. 20$ (class pack available at checkout!) Come to your first class for free! Just enter coupon FIRST at checkout. Sign up ahead of time, you can pay before or after class, and check the schedule for any changes. *Bring your own mat and any props you might want, I always have a few extra blocks :) **NO class April 25th and May 16th & 23rd
