The things that changed it all..........

There is nothing more powerful than a human who can relate to the ISNESS that is here (the emotion, the reaction, the challenge, the goodness) AS A BODY.
I didn’t know. I used to feel quite helpless, overwhelmed, pissed off, and super stressed—all the time. I had no idea how to meet the ISNESS that was arising in an empowered way. Everything felt hard and unfair.
I had some great coping skills (super busy and a workaholic, savior for everyone in my life, and lots of physical activity), but the thing is… and you know… that no matter how fast we move or how deep we numb, the stuff is still there. It creeps in during the middle of the night, wakes us up, and twists and turns in our minds. It takes over as we drive—tears, anger, grief. It leaks out onto others, and it turns inward, pointed at us, tangled in shoulds and shame.
So… what’s the thing that changed ALL of EVERYTHING for me? THE BODY.
It’s that simple, y’all. The body is the most direct way to change anything in your life.
Because you can have all the awareness in the world about your “stuff” but until you touch the root of it in your body, you will keep getting stuck in the same places again and again.
That's why I want you to have:
An empowered relationship to your emotions without getting stuck in them, shut down, or feeling like they take you over.
A deeper connection to your body and the people in your life without insecurity, ruminating in your head, or hiding who you really are.
Ease in navigating relationships without reactivity.
Have the capacity to navigate decisions and challenges with confidence, clarity, and a deep trust in your own knowing. No more second-guessing, fawning, or procrastinating.
I believe the more of us that learn how to be a body in relationship to the ISNESS that is here (the emotion, the struggle, the situation) changes the world.
When we are in our bodies, meeting what's here, willing to open to our fears, our pain, our joy, a natural compassion and connection to the world arises. We care about other bodies and the body of the earth.
When we are not afraid of our emotional wilderness we don’t contract around it and hurt others. We feel more of the natural world and our belonging to it.
This whole “be a body thing” is not just a selfish self-help hack. It’s a world-changing radical choice.
Let’s change the world, shall we?
