That is why for the month of March I am offering a handful of Pattern-Breaking Sessions

These are one-hour, one-off Zoom intensives where we go straight to the core pattern limiting you and work with it directly in your body.

Not talking around it.

FAQ's

What if I don't know what my patterns are? You don't have to know. Through my guidance we will discover them and by using body tools you will learn how to change them and free yourself.

Is an hour enough time to really change something? The amazing thing about working through the body is we are able to cut right to the heart of it. The body doesn't lie, and it wants to be free. A lot can happen in an hour.

What do these sessions look like? These calls are a blend of coaching, embodied movement, and practical, tangible tools you can apply to your life right away.  These look different depending on the person and are tailored to fit exactly what you need.

Will doing this on Zoom really help? Yes, the powerful thing about Zoom is you have to take responsibility for connecting to your own body. You quite naturally embody the tools because of the medium.

What if I don't know how to connect to my body. You don't need to know. My genius is in helping you learn how to. Every single person I work with is surprised at how much they are able to feel, sense, track and listen to their body with my work.

I've worked with you before, can I still do this or is it only for new clients? Yes you can do this! This is for anyone who wants to break a pattern and create more freedom in their life!

I’ve tried therapy, meditation, and self-help work before — how is this different? The difference is this the BODY. The body holds all of our experiences, it’s the thing we live life through, and so in order to change or transform anything in our life in a realistic tangible way it has to be through the body. My approach to BODY work differs from others in that I teach you how to connect and work with your body on the deepest levels, and it’s not just about noticing, regulated, or gaining more awareness. It’s about lasting freedom and empowerment as a human body.
