WINTERING INTO YOURSELF
A Solstice Gathering for Women to
Return to the Body
Slow down and deepen down, into you.
Come home to the woman you’ve been moving too fast to feel.
Take time to meet, digest, and finish what needs to end, so you can listen deeply to what is asking to be birthed by candlelight in the longest, darkest night.
Women are often the space holders, the ones who energetically hold the energy of the collective.
It is deeply important that we take time to come back to our bodies and open up what is held.
To slow down and meet ourselves, so we can remember who we really are.
We move so fast, we miss life. We miss moments. We miss ourselves.
Take this wintering time to pause. To feel the woman you are now.

This is for you if….
-
You feel overwhelmed or stretched thin.
-
You’ve been carrying more than your body knows what to do with.
-
You want to feel yourself again — the real you under the patterns, the pace, the pushing.
-
You crave a space that feels warm, slow, grounded, and honest.
What we’ll do together:
🌑 Ground + Land
We start slow — arriving in the body, connecting to your nervous system, feeling the bones, the breath, the truth of where you are right now.
🌑 Reflect + Witness
Through guided journaling, you’ll explore what’s transpired this year, what’s shaped you, what’s true in your body, you heart, the woman you are right now.
🌑 Move + Open
We’ll gently move with the bones and pelvis to open the body to meet this year’s lived experience — letting stored energy release, open and bring us back to ourselves.
🌑 Breathe + Deepen
Gentle breathwork and slow somatic movements and touch, as a way to build intimacy with your deepest self — the part of you that knows what’s real.
🌑 Listen + Receive
What is asking to be birthed in this wintering time? What is true from your bones and body? What wants to rest? What wants to root? What wants to be carried forward?
