You want ease, confidence, and a deep connection with yourself and others. 

And yet, you get stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety, old patterns, and emotions that feel like they run the show. You forget who you are, and what matters most. 

Let’s remember together, shall we?

What this is...

Body & Belonging is an online monthly community gathering on Zoom where we come together to move,  find freedom, and remember.

Each call includes an embodied movement practice to help you:

  • Center yourself when life feels overwhelming

  • Shift stuck energy, emotions, and reactions in a way that actually works

  • Build trust with yourself and inner knowing 

  • Handle what life throws at you

  • Embody a deeper sense of ease, presence, and belonging

After practice, there’s space for questions, reflection, and sharing—and just to be together. 

Calls are usually on the first  Monday of the month (sometimes 2nd depending on holidays)  at 11:00 am MT and are 90-minutes. The practice portion is recorded and you have access to the replay for 30 days. 

It’s $25 a month. Cancel, pause, or rejoin anytime.
