What this is...
Body & Belonging is a monthly online embodiment space for people who want to deepen their connection to themselves, their body, and their life through practice.
A space to slow down. Listen. Move. Feel. Breathe. Open. Remember.
Together we use embodied movement, breath, attention, awareness, and the wisdom of the body to create more freedom, connection, presence, and possibility in our lives.
This isn’t about performing healing or endlessly analyzing yourself.
It’s about building an ongoing relationship with your body so you can:

move stuck emotions and energy

create more ease and trust in your life

open beyond old reactions and conditioning

feel more alive, grounded, and present

deepen your sense of belonging with yourself and others
Each month, we gather live on Zoom for a 90-minute embodied practice and community space. Every call includes:

a guided embodied movement practice

breath and awareness-based exploration
-
space to connect more deeply with your body and inner knowing

opportunities to open, release, and move what’s been held
-
reflection, sharing, questions, and community
This is a space to return to yourself again and again.
To build trust with your body.
To create more freedom in how you move through life.
Calls are at 11 am MT and are usually on the first Monday of the month and are recorded. You have access to all the past calls for 90 days.
