~Building the trust to allow the body to lead. 

~Learning to release stuck energy and incorporate it back into your system. 

~Building your capacity to be with sensations and energy.

~Learning to meet what is alive in your body in a physical way.

Grab your journal.
Write a letter to your body. Dear Sacred Body......(Or however you wish to address your body)
Say whatever you want to say, let it pour onto the page.
When you feel complete, sign it and then turn to a new page and write from your body to you....Dear (Your Name).......
When you feel complete sign it as your body.
Write down anything else you wish about your journey so far.

What are some of your big takeaways?
What are you noticing in your body?

*Connect it all to the body.....so if you feel good after the practice, what sensations in your body let you know that you feel good? 
Is there a softness in your chest?
A warmth in your belly?
Can you feel your back more or your legs?
Describe it in physical terms.

And then see what that gives you in life.
Walk about the world with that softness in your chest, or that awareness of your back and see how you relate to life differently.
What do you notice?

Remember we are changing the BEINGNESS which changes the DOING and the HAVING.

Stopping Movement 

Reflections after the stopping movement practice

Grab your journal and tune into your body. 

~What stands out in your body now? Describe it in physical terms – heavy, light, stiff, soft, etc.

~What do you feel in your hips? What physical sensations or qualities of energy are there? 

~In your shoulders? 

~What is your overall felt sense and state of being? You can include mood, energy level, qualities of energy, or level of connectedness.

Choose one practice from this module to add to your own personal practice that you are building.
Maybe it's just putting on some music and letting the body lead, maybe it's contracting and releasing energy in the body, maybe it's working with resistance or meeting what is, in a physical way, maybe it's the stopping movement, or maybe it's connecting to your body in a loving sweet way building that empowered relationship with it.

Maybe it's some combo of some of the biggest takeaways you had from this module, whatever it is, commit to exploring it further, on your own. 
Make it doable. Be in devotion to your practice. 

Commit to practicing at least twice a week for the next 2 weeks.
