In this module, we will be focusing on increasing your capacity. That means:

~Deepening your awareness of subtle energies in the body

~Increasing your ability to meet what is

~Opening up agency and choice

~Empowering your relationship to your emotional life 

This whole journey you've been slowly building your container and capacity, now we are going to start to grow it even more.

Nourishing your roots

This is a relaxing nourishing practice you can use anytime to bring in more presence, rest, and space into the body.

As we go into this deeper work it's important to nourish our systems, to create more earth energy in the body, and to really give our bodies time to rest deeply.

 

This practice involves some movement and opening up energy in your body, and then a sweet guided relaxation journey to help nourish your roots.

Feel free to continue to pay attention in your life. To take notes of when you notice yourself being poked or triggered. Remember, little moments can hold the most juice.
Don't get stuck in why you are poked, or why you are reacting, just focus on what happens in your body. What about the situation or person first pokes you. The tone, the look on their face..etc. The more specific you can be about what happens the better the doorway in is.
